~~This blend was pressed using a membrane press and barrel fermented for 3 weeks. Stored in 59-gallon one year old Eastern European Oak barrels, the wine remained sur-lees for a period of eight months during which it was stirred every two weeks.
A Complex wine made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. This medium-bodied wine joins together soft succulent aromatic flavors of citrus, floral, figs and lanolin.
